About: This hypothetical project was inspired by my Welsh and Chinese cultural roots. This project aims to raise greater awareness of the South and South-East Asian community in Wales. I’ve identified an emerging gap: Cardiff is lacking East and South-East Asian fusion restaurants compared to British cities such as London, Birmingham, and Manchester.

Dragon Baos aims to bring a bold fusion of Welsh ingredients and Asian street food culture, creating a unique and flavoursome experience.
